    Wreckfest Series X/S version


    Hi,

    I'd like to buy Wreckfest Complete Edition optimized for Series X (60fps 4K), is there such thing? Currently I play a standard edition of the game on Game Pass. This version doesn't seem to be optimized but there's a message in the game menu saying "(Y) Upgrade to Wreckfest Series X|S Version" When I press Y it opens Store with Wreckfest Series Version (which is strangely only to be found though the game menu), but it is payed, not included in Game Pass so I can't try it without paying. The detailed game descritption promises Bigger online mode with 24 players, True next gen gaming in 4K graphics with smooth 60 frames per second, Enhanced visuals, better textures, etc. Exactly what I want but it's not Wreckfest Complete Edition, only standard edition (less tracks, vehicles, etc.)

    My name is Ezequiel I'm an Independent Consultant. Yes the game will run in 4K at 60 fps. It is also worth mentioning that this version that you will buy has all DLCs from Season 1 and 2.

    Thank you for your quick reply. I still don't know which version to buy to have all DLCs from Season 1 and 2 and 4K/60fps.

    But there are few negative feedbacks saying that optimized X/S is gone, see the Reviews tab for yourself.

    Or shall I buy the one that is only available through the game menu after pressing Y -> Upgrade to Wreckfest Series X|S Version and which strangely can't be found if I try to find it in Store directly? But that version is quite cheap (only $9 currently) to be complete with all the DLSs and it doesn't say anything about being complete anyway. So that's why I'm confused.

    The reality I still have doubts about which version you need to buy, reading here in the comments and the text lacks details on the Microsoft Store website, I suggest you buy the upgrade version that appears on your console in your game menu.

    They released that game as a One version and as a Series S/X version. The Series S/X version will only work on a Series S/X.

    The Series X version of the game will also work on a Series S. Are you sure you have a Series S and not a One S? The Series S/X version will not work on a One.
