So after 2 months I’ve finally received the code from Xbox for the Series X upgrade exclusive car on wreckfest. The new issue is now when I try to redeem the code it says I own and need to go to manage to download it. I go to check and it isn’t there to be able to be downloaded.

So far nothing has changed. I’ve also tried inputting the code on the website with my phone and still says I own it even though I don’t.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Please perform a power cycle on your console and then on your games and add-ons again, Lotus64.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

In your games list, focus on a game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons.

Would you please try to remove your account and add it back then preform a quick power cycle to your console and check again.

Remove your account: First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

Note=please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Power Cycle your console:

Turn off your Xbox by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

I did a power cycle, or at least I think I did. I can’t tell with series X. That didn’t work. Deleting my profile is something I’d prefer not to do as I have stuff like fallout 4 and Skyrim that have mods that I’d like not have to go through and redownload. Is there any other options I have?

I think it was R2 to shoot on PS2 as well. Of course the R2 button back then wasn't fragile...
