Or shall I buy the one that is only available through the game menu after pressing Y -> Upgrade to Wreckfest Series X|S Version and which strangely can't be found if I try to find it in Store directly? But that version is quite cheap (only $9 currently) to be complete with all the DLSs and it doesn't say anything about being complete anyway. So that's why I'm confused.

To be clear, did you buy a One S or a Series S? Does it have a disc drive?

You shouldn’t get any upgrade prompts on a One S, X/S games will not run on a One S, if you upgraded the game to the X/S version, so if you have One S, you should decline upgrades

Using the X myself. Love it. If you want to upgrade but it's expensive then check out the Xbox All Access program. You can get a console (S, X or Digital) along with 2 years of gold and game pass for one low monthly price. There's even an option to
upgrade to the new console when it's released

I don't have it game pass ultimate on the xbox one s console and it is hopeless without and so I want to get rid of xbox one and buy series x on the upgrade.
