WP games - Cannot sign in

Been having issues signing into Xbox to unlock achievements on the windows phone, keeps telling me to sign in on xbox.com, which Ihave, and keeps sending me in circles.

Hello,

When I go to the xbox site, it does not automatically send me back to the game. I have to go back in manually and I still get the message, still happens if i use a browser first as well.

I do have the xbox app, and am signed in

Hi Leo,

Can you explain with more detail the process Windows Phone games takes you when signing in to your Xbox profile? After you sign in does it just take you back into the game like nothing happened or do you get an error message?

If you sign in to account.xbox.com separately are there any issues? And do you by chance have the Xbox App and are you signed into the app as well?

If you can provide us some more information we'll be happy to help you figure this out.

Is the 2.4Ghz band still enabled, it needs to be because the Internal adapter cannot connect to 5Ghz networks

Please "Disable routers pin" under your WPS settings as the Xbox cannot use WPS

Same issue here... Also cannot access preview forums and don't have a wps pin

it says the wps pin is located on my xbox? and I do have access to the preview programmes forums. just don't understand why question cannot be answered here.
