Wouldn't let me redeem VIP points

Hello,

I tried to redeem 250 VIP points for the 5,000 Microsoft points, but after filling out the First/Last name pop-up, it told me that there was an error and that I should come here. Please help!

VIP reward not working?

I tried to redeem £5 Xbox credit twice from VIP vault. However it wouldn't let me as my all my points are now and will be useless as there not any good rewards to redeem. There no even a discount. Can you convert all my points of VIP into Xbox live credits
or any others that you offer may be acceptable, if I agree on them.

Try refreshing the page and try again. That happens occasionally but if you keep trying it should go through.

You have to spam forums such as this one with referral links to earn points to redeem for prizes, all of which are mysteriously out of stock when people go to redeem them.

I doubt it can be gifted, there wouldn't be a point for it to be a vip car pack if anyone can just be gifted it. Trust me, I wanted this car aswell but my dreams were crushed.
