Would you release mw2 backwards compatibility already!?

cod4 remastered is coming out soon but for those of us who didn't want to "play titanfall" while we were playing cod absolutely loved Cod4 and Mw2. And while I'm so happy I'm finally getting cod4 remastered and I'm sure they'll do an mw2 remaster eventually.
I would like to be able to play them now lol I mean come on you leaked mw2 to the store twice it has to be that time by now

when can we expect a release for this as a backward compatibility title it’s has 3 different blockbuster games with it and one is already recently release MGS PW. This would be so cool for us Xbox gamers to have these titles please bring it to us.

 

Why Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 & 3 are still not Backward Compatible?

So why Microsoft prefer to make Backward Compatability for games in the middle of the list?

High amount of votes supposed to give games high priority to recive BC.

You made other Call of Duty games Backward Compatability, even Ghosts and Advanced Warfare for no reasons (they was avalible on Xbox One already). So i don't see any problems to give MW2 & MW3 same.

 

A backwards compatible release is not just up to Microsoft. There are many parties involved in deciding if and when a BC game is released up to and including MS, the games original developers, the original publisher and any one who is invested in the Intellectual
Properties.

So just asking MS to just release a game isn't going to help much

 

You know who has connections and works well with Activision? MS

 

There's multiple factors in making a game backwards compatible.

1.) Infinity Ward (developer) & Activision (publisher) need to give Microsoft permission to make it BC.

2.) Infinity Ward would then, need to create a patch for the general public making it playable on One.

3.) Microsoft then takes time thoroughly examining the patch and testing it.

Once everything has been said and done it'll be released, if there isn't any issues in the process. This process cannot be sped up and can possibly be time consuming. The only thing we as gamers can do is be patient.

here if you really want MW2 BC support.

Xbox Uservoice is the best place to show Microsoft what you want added to Xbox.
