    Once the gamertag has been changed, the second change will require a fee. Cost varies by region and currency.

    Unfortunately once you’ve used the one free gamertag change, you’ll have to pay to have it replaced again.

    Please also remember the new gamertag system allows only up to 12 characters and may have a number suffix attached, If not unique and someone already has the gamertag.

    Of course you’re welcome to contact support, although I don’t think they’ll be able to do anything.
