I want to know why Microsoft change my gamer tag and gave me a random gamer tag instead of letting me chose my own can someone please explain this to me !!!1

all suspensions receive an email to the account primary email explaining why the account receive the suspension, too.

Pressing charges is NOT an easy task. You can very much walk into your local police department and file a complaint, but actual action on it is out of your control. And depending just how much resources THEY have available at their disposal (like Microsoft's
own UA team) and the amount of cases they handled, don't expect much to happen on that front.

I also am perplexed on how said person changes your password every day. If true, he has some alternative means to do so -- not withstanding submitting a Windows Live Customer Service form -- like an alternative e-mail you have associated with your WLID
-- that you are otherwise not aware of???

Go "google" (note I avoid recommending Bing) xbox live brute force hack for several recent articles on a suggested ploy some folks believe is being used to gain access to accounts. It's an age old method with limited scope but can be successfully used for
those with rather weak, guessable passwords.



BTW, don't simply try to change your WLID using the change function available. Create a brand spanking new one. No history, no account ID, nothing. Move your gamertag to it. TELL NO ONE.
