I have an old Xbox account and idk the email or password and I'd like to get it back

Youd need to somehow figure out what email you used. There isnt any way to get an account back without at least knowing the email associated with the account.

Well, I'm going to do it, but I have two problems there :

I don't want to recover my account because it has been given to somebody, so they probably won't do it, I only want to get my old UUID to be transferred .

Then, the other issue is that the first line of the form is an email, but since the account has been given have I have no clue what the new email is, I cannot ask for somebody else's account, I only need my data

Ok, I solved the problem but now to avoid it again.

How I solved it: I just simply downloaded the old profile on my new Xbox, I guess this mean that the corruption is on the HDD.. so sad...

What I need help with now:

Option(s):

1. I don't want to switch back to the old profile so can I transfer the files from my old profile to the new one whilst they are on the same console? Or maybe use a USB?

2. I want to change the old profiles Email account to my new Email account but the new Email account is connected to my new profile. - So can I have two Xbox profiles connected to the same Email?

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, those are clear of the old email addresses that are being CC'd. They are not linked in any way, at least on my end, to my Xbox Live account. The only time the old emails get emailed is with Xbox Live purchase receipts or something
like a notification of Xbox Live about to renew. Again, both of the emails once were the main email address of my Xbox Live account. I'm sure that has something to do with it. Just can't find the answer of how to get them removed.
