Would like to speak to enforcment ambassadors and enforcment team

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That is the only way to contact them. If you do spam the forums, you will put yourself at risk for being banned from the forums.

You've filed a complaint before on them so that would have gone to the enforcement team. You'd be filing for harrassment.

The enforcement united is part of the Ambassador program. It doesn't give us Ambassadors any way of contacting the enforcement team or enforcing any of the rules ourselves. You would still need to file a complaint via the console so the enforcement team
can investigate the issue and take the appropriate action.

Prudent - Ambassadors have no pull with the enforcement team on something like this. We have no way of directly contacting the enforcement team.

Charmed - Please don't bump old threads. You need a gamerscore of 1500 as part of the requirements to be an Ambassador. Ambassadors are not the same as the enforcement team and do not handle suspensions/bannings. To become a member of the enforcement team,
you would have to apply like you would any other job and you have to live in Washington.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. First off, Ambassadors issues should remain in the Ambassador forums.

The Enforcement United program was never part of the Enforcement Team and should not be described as such. Also, the Enforcement United program was always in Beta and is now no longer functioning.

Finally, if you would like to be part of the Policy Enforcement Team you'll need to contact Microsoft and apply for the position as all of the PET members work for Microsoft.
