Would like to change contact email for XBL Rewards.

We see that your billing email is still different than your current contact email. Again, if you would like to change your Rewards email, you can do so by changing your billing email from your Microsoft Account page (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses?ref=amcyourinfo#/).

We use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can change this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing info", and then changing
your billing email from that screen. Also, we use Xbox 360 data for your gamerpic. If you would like to change this picture, you will have to do so from a 360 console. None of this would prevent you from earning Rewards. The "My Account" you are referring
to is likely for the Microsoft Rewards program, not Xbox Live Rewards.

I would also suggest signing up for the bing rewards and XBL rewards. I have several thousand points from the bing program and XBL rewards.

Xbox rewards are not sent via email so you would not have missed any rewards. Any emails that would have been sent would be updates on your rewards statement which you can via on the MyRewards section of the rewards site.

To have emails sent when you get a post on the forums, you would need to change your settings at the top of the forums.
