Would like help with a mixup(Xbox)

A year ago, I bought DLC for Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag(Freedom Cry and Illustrious Pirates Pack). I bought a whole load of games and DLC as this was when the Xbox 360 store was closing down. Unfortunately, I have accidentally bought this content for the Xbox One, which I neither own the console or the game(I got it for free from the "Games For Gold" service years ago).

Simply put, I would like to get access to 360 releases of these DLC packs so I can play it on my old console that has the game on it's hard drive. I would simply buy them a second time to avoid the hassle, but the store is offline and it is impossible to buy at this time. Since I already paid for the content, I would appreciate getting the ownership to the 360 DLC items on my account(I can download them directly from my console if I have the ownership).

You would have had to refund them at the time of purchase and repurchase the correct versions. Since it's been well over the timeframe for a refund and the 360 store is shut down, that would no longer be possible.

as the 360 store is closed there is no way to assign rights to any 360 content. I'm afraid you're far too late for a refund.

I know this is no longer possible, this is why I am asking for the content to be manually transferred to my Xbox 360 account. Your profile is connected from the 360 line all the way to Series X/S, it can't be hard to simple add this content manually from behind the scenes. If I could have done this manually, I would, but I am just finding out I bought the wrong version of the DLC now.

You can still download old content that is on your account, say other games I got for free from "Games for Gold" program. The content is still technically there on the servers, it's just that the store is closed down so you cannot buy new content. All I would need is someone within Microsoft to transfer said content on my account(without purchase, as I have done that already) and I could easily download the content. I am asking here since this is probably a unique situation that requires a unique solution.

It can no longer assign rights to anything, regardless of reasons or conditions.

Which is what would be required.

Refunds and exchanges are required to be done within two weeks of purchase or two hours of play.
