Would it be possible to remaster an old Xbox game series into possibly one massive game?

So I was going through old achievements to see games I’ve played before and came across a series that did well for its time and though it could deserve at least a chance for a remastered version of the whole series. I am talking about First Encounter Assault Recon or better known as the F.E.A.R. series. I remember it as the game that really brought fear to me while keeping me fascinated with progressing further into Alma Wade’s story. With jumpscares all over and fight sequences that seemed a little more unique to your standard fps, enough to still be one of my favorite series to date. I still meet people who remember this game as well as I do and are still as passionate about its storyline across each addition. Would it be possible to combine them all into one massive game? Either way I really hope someone still agrees on a remaster for this masterpiece.

You would have to ask.the publisher.which is now WB discovery

Keep in mind the fear 1-2 was made by vivendi which is now part of Activision

However the rights were sold to monilith which is owned by WB discovery now.

Monilith has nothing to do with 1-2 and only made 3 and declared 1-2 not connected to 3 ala what Disney did to starwars legends.

So only wb discovery would make that decision considering the cuts at wb discovery it's doubtful since fear 1-2 didn't do well

You can still use fear 1-3 on disk since they are backwards compatible but 1 and 3 were delisted on 360 marketplace you can only get 2 digitally now

Monilith did some successful games but fear 3 wasn't one of them

So true, Hopefully these retro games can become (remastered) for Xbox One and Series X/S.... It's possible because most of the titles are from existing companies such as EA and 2k.... Activision acquired the developer of the Project Gotham Series therefore it's possible these companies can remaster these classic games

activision closed bizzare many years ago, the rights belong to microsoft but that game is dead.

most of the games on the list won't be remastered due to licencing, especially the bond games.

the sports games won't either due to licencing and the fact they never remaster those as they bring a new one out every year.

the reason they never got a BC is mostly due to licences expired and cannot be renewed or the fact it would be very pricy to try and renew them.

I would like to see a Mass Effect Remastered, possibly the entire trilogy remastered in one set. That would be good to see in 4K on the Xbox One X.

SInce one cannot buy a backwards compatible game, is it listed anywhere when certain games will be re-released(possibly remastered) for xBox One?

You would have to try checking with the game's developers.
