Please note that if you're in the Insiders program these files will not work.

Offline system updates using OSU1 cannot be used on consoles enrolled in a Insider preview.

OSU1 can only be used on console with the General Availability OS installed.

There will never be a OSU1 file released for Insider preview OS. The console has to be removed from the Insider program before using offline system updates.

if after this procedure the console continues to show error E102, it means that the console's internal HD is damaged and it is not possible to install the system.

Here's a question...Why are Ambassadors advising to use OSU's prior to determining if the gamer is in the Insiders preview program?

The Insider MUST leave the preview before even attempting to use OSU's.
