So the account rep I spoke to a couple of days ago instructed me to post my issue in this forum and said that when the forum regulars were unable to resolve the issue for me, that there were advanced level account reps that monitor the forum who would step
in and help me get it fixed. Does anyone know if that's true?

If I were to call back, does anyone know of a number I could call that would connect me to a real human being with the tools and ability to help me resolve this without going back through several phone transfers only to get to someone who has to escalate
it again??

I can't imagine that this couldn't be resolved in a matter of minutes by the right rep verifying my cc and billing info.

Thanks for the response, Mario. I think the issue arises from my credit card/payment info originating from the US while I have my region currently set to where I'm traveling. If anyone has any experience with some workaround for this, please let me know!

The same thing just happened to me, I want my achievement, "Going Nowhere Fast." Does anyone know how to fix this issue or has anyone had this issue resolved? Please help!
