Worst Xbox problem ever

So I didn't really know we're to post this but I guess here will do

So recently my mic started to mess up on my Xbox by cutting out and all of a sudden I could hear or talk. No one was muted my volume was up and everything was fine. I followed ways to fix it but it just didn't work. Every now and then my mic would come back
alive by being able to hear and speak again but then cut out. Because of that I thought it was the controller and bought a new controller and it seemed to work for 2 months but then the same problem occurred last night. I switched my mic between all 3 of my controllers
and it didn't work. So I thought it was the mic and bought a new mic today (An Astro A10) and it immediately didn't work. It just won't show up on the Xbox saying it's plugged in. I have plugged it in all the way and cleared the controller mic part from dust
but it still doesn't work. When I plugged my mic into one of the 3 controllers it did work for a solid 30 seconds but then started to cut out and I couldn't hear or talk. I have followed many help tutorials but all don't work. Was wondering if you guys could
help in anyway.

Can you go to the https://account.microsoft.com/ and check If you have the subscription available in the "Service and Subscriptions", if it is check if its got the correct date.

If everything is good check you are signed in with that Account on the Xbox.

I use the xbox one. I can not sign into my account, I cannot play any of my games, they have a green background. I had a message that said "something is wrong try again later' then I got one saying xbox live would not work for my xbox.

None of those solutions worked

 

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Can you please try deleting your gamertag then hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down. When the console restarts redownload your tag and hopefully that will have solved the issue.

 

This didn't work either. I belive it's an entire Xbox problem not just one account

 

The problem is still occurring right now and it's getting really annoying.
