Worst Customer Service - In All of History

So, I've purchased Xbox Game Pass again, after canceling a few months ago. I've changed my primary alias on my account, which has now caused havoc in all of my cloud saves as I consistently get "Unable to sync your data with the cloud" across all Microsoft games. I've contacted support over four times, many with a "We will have to pass your issue along to our other team" and a promise to call me back... which never occurs. Are things this bad that a billion dollar company does not have any representatives available to fix this issue? Why am I going to continue paying for something which is broken? At this point, I could care less if I get my cloud saves back. However, the games are unplayable as my only options are "Try Again" or "Play Offline" - "Try Again" does absolutely nothing besides waste a click, and "Play Offline" allows me into the game but my progress is reset upon exiting. Microsoft is Pure Trash, and should be completely ashamed of the amount of effort they have put forth into keeping their paying customers happy. Aside from that rant, if anyone knows how to fix this issue please let me know. I've done all the scripted garbage that Microsoft spews out. Everything is up to date, I've logged out and back in again, reset the apps, uninstalled the [multiple] game(s), none of that trash works. The issue is obviously on the account side but I guess nobody is smart enough at Microsoft to take the five minutes it would take to check.
