Worst console I’ve ever owned

you should return it then, defective electronics or a effective life and sometimes you get one

So you bought 3 of the worst console that you've ever owned? Seems legit......

Brand new. I have tried everything suggested on every site where people complain about this paper weight. My son just put a brand new Madden '23 disc in right out of the box (No scratches/fingerprints etc.) Same thing disc unreadable. Check if it's dirty or scratched. Or some code I have to look up at Microsoft help that does not help at all. I just wish I could get my money back if you could help me with that.

And what did you tried so far to fix this
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Power cycles, NAT settings set to open, no firewalls, no security blocks, etc. Friends have done the same, seen the NAT settings at their home as well. Re-logging into account before using apps, not auto-logging in at start. Have tried joining party from
voice command, friends list join-party, invited by friend, etc.

Get out of the mindset that there's some other "troubleshooting" to be done. The fact is that we should not have to deal with these ridiculous measures just to get the next-gen console to function at a level less than acceptable. It's not us customers, it's
Xbox, it's Microsoft; quit living in denial and accept the blame that the console is garbage.

Until Microsoft accepts the responsibility for the atrocity of the Xbox One, they're no better than EA Games.
