world war Z aftermath DLC not working

I can't find any assistance with this when searching. On both my laptop and desktop WWZ doesn't reflect my Aftermath purchase. Even when I go directly to the DLC and hit play, as it shows it's owned, the game opens standard and shows the additional levels have not been purchased. When I click on one and enter my code it says it's not found, or it's already owned.

In addition, sometimes I open the game and after a while it works. What in the hell is going on? Any ideas? I've uninstalled and reinstalled on both computers.

Check that the account that purchased the content is logged into the Microsoft Store app on your Windows and that all content is also installed on the same hard drive.

These steps can help you too, give it a try.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store in the Windows bar, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this with the game too.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Login with your account again in both apps

5. Open the Microsoft Store, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner ''download and updates'' and click on ''get updates'' and update everything. After these steps try again.

If the problem persists it is necessary to contact the game developer. Wait 24 hours after installing the content again before contacting the developer.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. Were sorry to hear about your issue but would love to be of assistance. I understand that you have verified your dlc purchase but I would like to ask if you purchased the original game through the Microsoft Store or Steam? Also if the game was originally purchased through the Microsoft Store have you verified that the dlc content was indeed downloaded to the device and not just purchased?

Yeah so I've just look on pc and there it is..

World war z aftermath upgrade on the pc,but it was the xbox uk version that I purchased on www.cdkeys.com..

So who's fault is that ?

Cdkeys or xbox...

You can try to ask for a refund and explain the situation but it is unlikely that the refund will be accepted once the code has been used.
