World of Tanks Purchasing problem

So I was trying to buy the season pass and instead I bought the tank of a month bundle which I didn’t want so I end up spending $17 like how ?from 6 to 17 there’s anyone else have this problem?

Hello Miss Bijoux,

nope no code or message, just the loading screen with a cancel option bottom left, then it fades followed by a blank black box which takes me back to ingame store.

The Wargaming Support tells me, that this issue is definetly a Microsoft Problem... - perhaps related to xbox preview dash...

The issue is "not receiving the MS purchase command dialogue box" - any other purchase is possible (for example Microsoft Store) and there is no problem with my account or wallet...

When I come home - i'll try your advice and keep you posted

Sorry to hear about the issue. Do you receive any sort of error message or error code when you attempt to make the purchase? If so, please provide that to us so we can investigate a bit further.

Also, if you haven't yet, another step to try is to
remove your Xbox Live account from your Xbox One console, power cycle, and then log back in and try again.
