World of Tanks Console store empty for key cards and gold

Since 10 days WOT shop for key cards and gold are empty. I have contacted WOT cosole support and they suggested to check my localization settings fo xbox. I checked and send them screenshots. Now they suggest me to contact Microsoft Xbox support with below message:

I need to buy Gold in WOT store to continue gameplay but the gold tab is empty. Can you help me?

They are available only if your console account's place of residence information is matching with your console localization.

Hi Nilay,

Did you see the picture I shared with you above? My location on xbox is Turkey and I use the console in Turkey. So your suggestion is not valid for me.

Besdie I trried to change my console location to USA, it changed, restarted and I tried to buy 30days of premium wot membership and it gave me a message " you need more gold to buy, proceed? I clicked YES, it said Can not buy now, please try again later"

When I changed the location of my console to Turkey back (still nothing under Gold and Key Card tabs) and tried to buy 30days of premium wot membership it gave me a message "you need more gold to buy, proceed? I clicked YES, but nothing happens.

As you may see the localization gives an error when you try to buy something. But in my case there is no error.

Beside that, as mentioned before I use the console and game with the same location and same settings for more than 1 year and this started to happen 12 days ago.

(Any other purchsase on xbox is working.)

Can you help me to buy some gold and key cards on World of Tanks Console?

Please contact the Xbox support team to update the place of residence from your Xbox account.
