    Work around for cloud gaming multiplayer?


    I was playing Forza 5 via Cloud Gaming and a friend has the game installed on his console. We were not able to play with one another. Is this a known issue and is there a work around?

    Yes, you can play online multiplayer games, however, local multiplayer is not supported on cloud gaming.

    I believe cloud gaming is the list of games that have a 'cloud icon' on the game menu. Is that right? And these games are not supported with local multiplayer.

    How can identify online multiplayer games as I do not have a console? Apologies, if the question is inappropriate. Trying to understand how it works.

    What happens when microsoft no longer supports XBOX One?

    Unlike individual multiplayer games now, the Xbox One's cloud servers are unified... they process what needs to be processed, they're not locked down to one game until they need to be allocated to another.

    In other words, as long as Xbox is around, those servers will be, and I imagine your games will work just fine.

    Okay, let me rephrase that. I do not have access to a mobile device that will work with cloud gaming at this time. I just have a PC with cloud gaming that I want multiplayer to work with.

    Yes the Cloud can be used for dedicated servers but, Respawn used the cloud so that they could make a singleplayer like experience in multiplayer. They have already stated that some of the titans/ pilots you see running around are actually AI and not players..
    also the ships in the sky are all controlled by the could an are AI.

    You guys say the cloud can't do anything special well apparently it can.. if game developers are praising it and they've actually worked with it and used it to improve their games.
