Wordament Stuck and Can't Tap? Try This.

If Wordament is stuck where you cannot tap on the screen to unlock a gate, it could be due to you playing on a device with a 4:3 aspect ratio like iPad or Surface Duo. Try downloading the game a device of phone with a 21:9 or 20:9 aspect ratio. Worked for me.

If the issue persists ,I believe your console will need reset in order to refresh the system. Therefore, you will only need to follow the steps mentioned in the link bellow in order to do so :

Nice, but I want to continue playing the old Wordament. I tried all the steps except for Step 5 (because I want to continue playing the old Wordament), but I still can't login into LIVE, even though I terminated and restarted Wordament, Microsoft Store, and Xbox Console Companion.
