    Wordament snapattack not loading Leaderboards and Frenemies


    Hi all

    Since last week I haven't been able to access the leaderboards and frenemies list on my Snapattack (windows phone 8.1). The game itself works fine.

    The error I am getting is: TThis page can' be displayed. please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes.

    I've tried different wifis and my mobile data. All of which have this issue. So it's not connection specific.

    I have also tried reinstalling the app to no avail.

    Wordament game stats & daily ranks have not updated for at least a month on my Lumia 640 LTE, also on PC install.

    Mobile OS build 10.0.14295.1000, version 1511 on a Lumia 640 LTE

    PC OS build 14295.rs1_release.160318-1628

    Love the Wordament game! Especially like to see how me and my Frenemies are doing from day to day. Have noticed for a while now, possibly a month or so, that the game stats and Frenemie rankings seem to be stuck...the values do not change.

    Have also posted this problem in the Insider's Feedback Hub.

    Windows Phone or iPhone?

    If achievements are number I on that list. Then go with WP. If it not. Then IPHONE. Because there only two games on the IPHONE has achievement. That be WORDAMENT and WORDAMANT SNAPATTACK. And WP has close 100 games with achievements.

    A quick update. I just installed the game on my Windows 8 tablet and the same thing happens!... there must be an issue with their server.

    Wordament (not Ultimate Word Games) - Connection to XBL failed

    I also want to point out that I saw multiple people that aren't guests in the leaderboards and my boosting partner (for achievements) loaded Wordament just fine.

    What’s going to happen to the existing version of Wordament on my device?

    If you’re currently playing Wordament on your Windows 10 tablet or desktop, you’ll be automatically updated to Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. All your achievements and progress will be stored in the cloud for
    when you play the original version of Wordament on other devices (for example, Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8/10). Don’t worry – you’ll be able to earn new achievements and progress as part of Microsoft Ultimate Word Games!

    At launch, you’ll notice that Frenemies are not available, but this will be included in a future update.

    If you play on Windows Phone 8/10, iOS, or Android then you can continue to play the original version of Wordament without any changes.
