Wordament progress not saving

Are you logged into your xbox account ok in the wordament app?

I had a similar problem a few months ago and had to uninstall the game and reinstall to recover the cloud save and progress.

Did you try to power cycle the console??

Or in case, you can try to log out from your account, then log in again and try to play

I have not played Wordament, but maybe try reinstalling it.
