    Hi,

    I've been facing an issue with wordament not syncing to the cloud for the past two weeks from my andros mobile and have been continuing the game locally. I had in between uninstalled the game and reinstalled again. I lost all my progress for the week and even after that it refuses to sync to the cloud. I have no network issues and the online mode of the game works well too. Please help before the month end so I don't lose all my progress. Is there a way I can locate my cloud save and delete it to force a sync? Or is there a bug fix? I tried different internet connections even to see if traffic was blocked but to no avail.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. I've tried what you mentioned by uninstalling the game and reinstalling. The last level where all was fine and my progress was being saved to the cloud was level 148 and since then it never synced.

    I've now reached 150 with the past two levels not synced to the cloud. So I did what you asked and uninstalled the game, When I reinstalled it, I lost all my progress. It synced to the cloud and got me all my progress until 148 - makes sense since my progress after that never saved to the cloud due to the error.

    I then played another game to further my progress and after I completed the same, again it fails to sync my progress to the cloud.

    I'm now again at level 150 and I only have my local save. How do I get out of this issue and save my progress to the cloud??

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I apologize but there is no option to locate the cloud save and re-sync it.

    The only way to sync a saved progress from the cloud is by quitting and re-launching the game.

    Hi hsb3852,

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues syncing your progress to the could from your Android device. This message can sometimes happen if you don't have a strong connection to your service,
    WiFi, in Airplane Mode or if you have a battery saving setting enabled on the phone. Double check those settings to ensure that you aren't limiting your ability to reach the cloud.

    If this is not the case, then you may benefit from taking a look at our Microsoft Ultimate Word Games FAQ as it has information pertaining to
    Wordament. Included as well is a link for the Microsoft Casual Games community and a link to their Facebook page, which is quite active. They may be able to further assist you if necessary.
