    Wordament is stuck on game 20, World 1


    Hello,

    I'm playing Microsoft Ultimate Word Games on a Windows 10 PC. Ever since Microsoft bundled MUWG with Xbox, I have had a problem playing Wordament that no one in tech support seems to understand. I am stuck at game 20, World 1, even though I have met all the requirements to move forward. Here is what I have tried to remedy the problem:

    1. Uninstalled and reinstalled MUWG.

    2. Opened a new username, which set all MUWG games back to game 1. I again played Wordament, which then continued to hang at game 20, World 1.

    3. Upgraded to the latest version of my Windows 10 OS.

    My Wordament is version 3.8.904.0. A tech support email suggested that I need to be playing a later version, but when I reinstall, I get the same version mentioned here.

    My current Windows build is 10.0.19045.

    Hopefully someone can offer some assistance with getting past game 20. Thank you.

    My problem has not been resolved. Microsoft Casual Games' tech support has had me try a number of fixes, but none have been successful so far. I'm planning on replacing my computer in the next month or so for other reasons. We will see if that resolves the problem.
