Won't work

Regarding your issue, try and re boot your console by doing the below:

1, select settings

2, select restart console

3, select yes to confirm

4, once rebooted hold your finger on the power button on the 15 seconds then unplug the power supply for 90 seconds.

If you still get the error, try this page: >>> support.xbox.com/.../something-wrong-microsoft-account

Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down? If that doesn't work you may need to delete then redownload all the content.
