    Iv tried everything xbox wont accept debit card says security numbers invalid bank says it should work why is this a process bought a xbox live code can't use cause of recurring billing this card works everywhere else it just goes in a circle

    You can't.

    You need a valid payment option like a credit/debit card or paypal linked to your account or you need a xbox live gold subscription card.

    Is your card by chance a debit or prepaid credit card?

    If so, then contact your card issuing company, and ask them to allow recurring payments (for subscriptions like the Gold membership) on the card.

    Also it is possible, that some debit cards won't work at all with the LIVE service. Then you will need another credit card.
