    Won’t recognize disc


    console won’t recognize game disc or blue ray but will play a dvd or cd on first try every time I hook it up to on line it won’t read any thing and keeps asking if I own game or app it is getting very aggravating the console is a day one edition what can
    I have done to fix problems

    Xbox one console not reading discs

    So I picked up a console for 10 bucks it was missing some pieces so I replace what it needed and booted it up. It would not read discs, I dont see a spinning gear or anything showing that it recognizes that there is a disc in it. So I bought a new laser and tray and replaced it. Same thing, it will spin for about 3 seconds and stop. Xbox never recognizes the disc. I reset the xbox, tried it, updated it, tried it.. nothing.

    Old Controller Won’t Recognize Microphone

    Heya!

    When you try and update the controllers what happens? Do you see any error messages? Is so, could you send us photos of those?

    Do other mics work on the controllers possibly a friend's mic?

    Post back and let us know and we can help troubleshoot that some more.

    Xbox Series X won´t connect to Network

    I tried to do the offline system update but it won’t go throw due to the fact that you need some kind of network after a while. It won’t recognize any type of network nor Ethernet cable. It doesn’t seem to recognize any wifi or anything, just stuck

    if you don't recognize the disc, it would be best that you were to change it, unless you do not recognize other discs, then the problem is your reader
