    Won't play


    I'm running into a problem when I try to play the game. After closing the disc tray, the screen goes black and nothing else happens. When I press the guide button, it shows I've been kicked off Xbox Live (I'm assuming the game is trying to do a game update,
    which doesn't load up). When I try to connect to Xbox Live, I get an 80004004 error (cloud saves according to the Xbox website).

    Anyone having this problem and anyway of getting around it? Or is it a server problem?

    I installed and got into the game fine at, I dunno, 5ish (1 1/2 hour before your post), but it does have a much documented freezing issue. Anyway, there was a day one patch that downloaded when I launched it and I see Live is having issues right now. Maybe
    that was the case when you launched as well. I'd kept checking the Xbox Live status page and try again after that issue is resolved.

    Hi tried all that no good as soon as i put a Blu-ray or DVD film into this Box it locks up have to hold power button for 10 seconds otherwise it won't respond even ejecting the Disc won't connect the Box back to the Tv .
