    Won’t play disks and menu makes a strange noise and lags.


    When we try to play a disk game it stays on the games start up screen for about 3 minutes then says the game took to long to start. When we go back to the home screen the Xbox makes a electronic, Si-Fi movieish noise. Thanks for the help...

    Xbox 360 putting scratches on my disk???

    i just had this same problem my son was playing his marvel super heroes when i heard the xbox making a strange noise behind me, now unless he grow 2 feet the console has not been moved, i turned the power off and opened the disk drive and its scratched right

    if you sure the noise isn't normal you could return it and get another one? strange my friend got a new slim and has been complaining about disk tray noises...

    Fan really loud only playing Fortnite

    It was playing Fortnite, it is strange it is only that game that the noise is so loud from the Xbox. I even asked a friend to download and play and his didn’t make the noise mine has.

    My Xbox doesn't make any noises when I'm playing system games like Minecraft or Doritos Crash Course but when I insert my disks into the console it makes a weird vibrating noise and doesn't read the disk. Any suggestions?
