Discus and support won't open - not renewing the premium version in 2019 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I will not renew this app next year and would like a refund for this year.     I will not renew this app next year and would like a refund for this year. Still won't open on launch and I've done every single task Microsoft has suggested. Going to go shopping for a non-Microsoft and non-Xbox app.

    Xbox live gold digital code redeemed but can’t get on Xbox live

    used a digital code which has been accepted. Account says that it will need renewing in Feb 2019. Won’t let me on Xbox live.

    My Premium upgrade was for 1 year, but ended 3 months early. I purchased it on March 13, 2015 and a message on December 22, 2015 said my subscription ended. Also there is no option to renew. I won't renew. Ever.

    Your Xbox Live Gold membership will automatically renew once it expires - if you're seeing that it will renew in 2019, that means it won't expire until then.

    You can check to verify that you have an active Xbox Live Gold membership by signing into your
    Microsoft Account Subscriptions page.
