    Hello when i try and sign into my xbox account on the www.xbox.com website it only shows the xbox logo and go backs to the home page and still says sign in but when i go onto the support page im logged in i need help please?

    - Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.
    - Changing browsers. (Specifically Google Chrome)
    - Disabling extensions / going incognito or in-private browsing.
    - Disconnect from the VPN or Proxy server.
    - Sign in to the Xbox app and account.microsoft.com for us to isolate the case.
