won't load, very frustrating.

Discus and support won't load, very frustrating. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Won't load, so I haven't been able to play this month.     Won't load, so I haven't been able to play this month. The other Microsoft games play just fine, so it's not my server, WiFi, or computer. Please fix this, it's very frustrating.

    Killer Instinct: Can't Find Any Ranked Matches

    I'm also having the same problem. Checked my network settings and still won't load up a ranked match. Very frustrating.

    Microsoft Jigsaw not running right today.

    Very fed up. Microsoft Jigsaw mostly doesn't load at all, sometimes it does and wants to download a free app, which then fails to load. It won't let me sign in. This is all very frustrating.

    Plus, on the rare occasion it does load, most of the puzzle collections I have already downloaded do not show. I am not a premium user.

    Ok so you are not able to sign into the account because you are suspended but you could not get back into the account because you're Xbox only email is a misspelled account of what you thought it was, you ask for support but they did not give you any good
    luck, but you tried to get on to your Xbox because the ban was until a certain date. But the ban got put back on because you have a negative balance, . Is this correct?
