won't let me update payment info

Discus and support won't let me update payment info in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; after putting all my info in for my visa and then the billing info. something about not being able to connect with xbox servers error code: 8c32008...     Account suspended because payment won't process

    My account is suspended because of non payment. Problem is, it won't let me use any form of payment. It won't let me update it on the dashboard or the online site. Al I get is rerror meassages. I can't remove or even select a payment method. And I know
    my card is good.

    Can't change my gamertag

    I choose my region (Ukraine) and it just doesn't open Payment info dialog. When I had Russia or US region it at least gave me that payment dialog, but sure thing it won't let me buy because of wrong region.

    Your membership is suspended until you update your payment option. I payed and have proof. Help please.

    it says, your membership has been suspended until you update your payment option. we'll charge your payment option and reactivate your membership after you update your account. for one the payment option doesn't need updating but i updated it anyway, and
    2 it wont let me go on my account or memberships? how am i suppose to get my membership back if it won't let me access it?

    Paypal and Credit Card Not Working

    It won't take the credit card info (verification fails on xbox.com's side). It won't let me buy points using the same paypal payment that I use for xbox live subscription. Fail.

    Likely right though. Just overload from the holiday. ;)

    I can't gift Xbox Game Pass

    Same issue. Tried different payment methods, updating my billing address, replacing the payment method, nothing works. I already have an active Ultimate Game Pass sub, but it won't let me gift.

    same here dude i DID NOT update my payment info and ignored the warning for so long that i was kicked offline. I couldn't do anything about it and it lets me online but it says that i got no friends and i cant contact anyone and they cant contact me and
