Won't let me sign into the 360 dash after my suspension ended. Need help

I have no problems using my other account. I have hundreds of dollars in dlc I can't access. Sounds like they perma banned the account from 360. If that's the case i'll be going with sony next gen.

Says this console cant access Xbox live after my ban has ended. I mostly play my 360 games so this has ruined my experience.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to access your Xbox 360 account on the Xbox 360 emulator for the Xbox One.

I would first recommend
removing your account first, Clear your Xbox 360 storage, by going into your
Storage settings.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings >
   System > Storage.
3. In the left column, select: Clear local Xbox 360 storage.

This will allow your Xbox 360 profile to be removed from your Xbox as well. You console will prompt you that you will need to restart to take effect.

Once this is done, you should be able to add your account once more, and launch your game to sync your Xbox 360 items.
