Won't let me sign into live

Whenever I sign try to sign into live, it tells me I need to add security, which I do go through that whole process,but then I get this, and that link don't work

Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

Now that you've made the changes / adjustments that they're asking for,

Go ahead and perform a
hard reset and power cycle of your console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then
re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

Thanks for responding with the update. Next I would suggest deleting your profile from the Xbox console and redownloading it back on.

What type of Xbox are you currently using / experiencing the issue on?

Also, I would recommend going online and signing into your Microsoft account at account.live.com.

Once you sign in, let us know if you need to update your security options.

That's strange indeed as if your network connection may possibly be blocking the websites.

Try to use a different network connection/Internet Service Provider as part of our troubleshooting steps.

You may try to access your account on your friend's home network on Xbox.com and account.xbox.com.
