    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the slow game download on your Xbox One. In reference to the System, there are a couple of troubleshooting steps we can try:

    If the Xbox One console continues with persistent issues, please try the next troubleshooting step :

    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One.

    • Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
      Note: Please make sure to know your emails and passwords for your Xbox profiles, this will log you off.

    Console won't let me do anything

    There is currently a service alert at xboxlive.com/status that some are experiencing issues with purchases. Hopefully this will be resolved soon and fix your issue.

    Hello glowyj, have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, because recently came out the latest update to Windows 10 and 11?

    Updates are often seen as optional, Microsoft released major fixes this week, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed.

    Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

    Xbox live gold purchased sept 14. Age seems to be fine on settings but it won't let me do anything on ultimate team or play online.

    Hello, so i've been getting this error recently it says like Party chat is blocked go to xbox.com and check family settings which is set to adult and then it says check enforcement.xbox.com to check if i've been communication banned which i haven't and then it gives me a error code i can't find anywhere on the internet and i've already tried factory resetting port forwarding etc the error code it gave me was [0x8015DC23] someone on the forums would love help thanks.

    Xbox is full of errors, I have seen a few myself like being unable to sign in. I'd recommend going to the Xbox support site or checking to see if you need to redownload it.
