Won’t let me play my games or apps

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

After that verify if the connection to Xbox Live is without issues and try starting a game.

I tried most of these, including resetting my game and app data in the settings. The only thing it lets me do now is login but it won’t play music.

this doesn’t work i’ve already tried it

You see the following error code when you try to start a game or app on your Xbox console:

0x87e50033

This may mean that there is a temporary issue that can be resolved by restarting the game or app.

To resolve this error, try starting the game or app again:

Press the Xbox  button on your controller to open the guide.

Highlight the game or app you are trying to launch and press the Menu button .

Select Exit. If "Exit" is not available, it means that the application or game is already closed.

Wait at least 10 seconds and try launching the game or app again.
