    won't let me play games online with friends while i have gold and my settings are set up so that i should be able to play online but i can't on games like WWE 2K18 i can't see or access custom or downloaded characters and their names are a bunch of stars
    my xbox just just says that i need to go online to change my settings but they are all set so that i should be able to play.

    two accounts same console

    I have a gold card and can get online to play. When my friend signes in to play with me he cant. It says your profile settings wont let you play. This is on the same console playing gears of war 3 hoard mode or any mode online. we have set his settings same
    as mine and still cant play 2 people online.

    Xbox Live Gold Issue

    While trying to play forza 5 online, I was told that I needed a gold account to play. I tried to enter a 14 day trial code and it told me that I already had a Gold account And to give my code to a friend. It's telling me I have gold, but won't let me play
    gold.

    I don't know what to do, but it's being more complicated than my girlfriend.

    My account says I'm a child but the parent account says I'm a adult and I can't change it.

    is this for custom gamerpicture if so then there is no setting

    You need to be an adult to have custom gamerpics
    No it's not it just won't let me see my settings and play online on certain games. And I can't change the account to an adult.

    It is only Xbox yeah I have a subscription and it works because I can play every other game online it's just Minecraft that won't work
