Won't let me play black ops 4

So
I pre ordered black ops 4 an i waited for it to download all day yesterday an then I go to play it and it says this? Do I need to take my friends account off to play it on mine? I belive his accounts set as the primary account for my console

You can change the home console setting. But if you purchased the game you should be able to play it on your profile. Can you make sure the purchase went thru on your order history.

• Go to settings
• Then on account select payment & Billing
• Once there go to order history

Then scroll through to when you pre-ordered the game and see if it says purchased/completed or cancelled/ authorization failed. If it is the latter one then the purchase never went through. You may also

I'd also recommend that the pre-order purchase and charge were able to go through. You can check at
account.microsoft.com
under Payments & Billing > Order History. It will list the item there, or should show that there was an issue with the charge.
