having trouble signing in to Microsoft on minecarft PS4 anyone can figure it out. trying to do cross platform

on Minecraft it wont let me log in or anything on the new update how do I sort it out please

I have ps4 and my microsoft acount wont link to minecraft i had it linked and it updateed and now it wont let me sign in with my microsoft account it just tells me we tried to sign you in to your microsoft account but somthing went wrong what do i do?

I don’t think it has to do with that. When I log into the Minecraft website it says that I have Minecraft purchased, it won’t let me log in with this account into the Minecraft launcher. Whenever I click log in with Microsoft or I click on my account to log in, it says that there was an issue while logging in.
