Won't let me download profile or connect to network when starting an xbox 360 game

Thank you for reaching out! If you haven't already, I'd like for you to try and

remove your account from the Xbox by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Account
   > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
   
4. When you're finished, select Close.

Once you add it back, try launching the game. Let us know how it goes!

Same thing just happened to me. Can't connect to Xbox Live on my Xbox One but funnily enough can on my Xbox 360. Keeps telling me to check my network but when I do it says it's working fine. Won't let me play any of the downloaded games.

when i try to download my profile, it stalls at my game info and then says xbox live profiles can't be downloaded. When i go to my storage it says my profile is corrupt, so i tried to delete just the profile but it came back saying this process couldnt be
completed. Then i tried to delete the profile and items and that option worked, but it still won't let me download my profile. each time i try to download it, it either stalls at my game info, or won't even start to download.

Hey Eambo, thanks for the assistance, However I tried the delete-and-re-download but It won't let me re-download my profile, saying "Profiles cannot be downloaded at this time. Error: 80151103"

Also the network test works perfectly, connecting to Live in less than a minute.
