Wont let me buy xbox live gold

I got an 100$ gift card for xbox and wanted to extend my xbox live gold with it, but when i clicked the extend button with 12 months of gold, it just says,"Oops. This offer isn't available"

I have a full gold subscription it just wont let me buy games with golds discount and it wont let me download games that are free with gold either.

My gift card isn't working but I have just baught it and it's asking me to use credit cards and it's saying that my xbox live gold is not letting me buy it and is blocking me from buying a month of xbox live gold
