    Won't let me access xbox cloud! Help?!


    So when I go to xbox.com/play it sends me to the page but when I go to login and login it sends me to the support page saying that I need the game pass to play when I have the ultimate. Can anyone help me with this/

    If that's the case then why won't it let me move any saves to my Xbox one from the cloud, and keeps loading games off of the cloud and forcing me to create new saves that I have previously deleted off of the cloud back onto the cloud!?

    Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum and I'm merely a user, I apologize for a delay in response.

    I'm afraid only the Game Pass owner can access Xbox Cloud Gaming feature. So you won't be able to share it to her if she wants to play Xbox Cloud Gaming.

    You can gameshare with her though on your Xbox, as long as your account that has Game Pass is set as the home Xbox. You can read more about gamesharing here https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/...
