    won’t fully restart


    i had the green screen of death finally got to the trouble shooting screen and selected reset then chose the options to reset but keep my games after that it came to the preparing screen and loaded up to 50% pretty fast but would not go past 50% after about
    10min or so my xbox will turn off turn back on and load back up to 50% then continue this process over and over again any help or ideas?

    Headset not working in Xbox controller..

    Yes the controller is fully updated and i have firmly attached the headset but still won’t work.

    DTS Now available or was it always there?

    Have you tried powering it down fully? maybe it just needs a cold restart.

    It's currently a known issue that is being worked on. Until then, you can continue to try the normal troubleshooting (uninstall/reinstall, hard reset, etc.) but there isn't a solution at this time.

    How to power cycle your console and network hardware:

    Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for five minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    Restart your Xbox One console:

    Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.

    Select Restart console.

    Select Restart.

    Note If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xboxbutton on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xboxbutton on the console again to restart.

    After five minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    Are you fully restarting it or just putting it on standby. Hold the Xbox button and select restart to fully restart it, you know if you have fully restarted it if you see the green screen and xbox symbol and it takes longer to boot up.

    If restarting that way doesn't work, you can always cut the power
