    Won't allow use of duplicate reward purchase


    Hi,

    I bought a world of of tanks leg up kit with my reward gems from the vault yesterday which was fine. Bought another today but upon entering code it says I already own the item and can't use again. Is there a way of getting it or getting the points back,
    otherwise they have been wasted. Many thanks.

    Duplicate accounts for same email address.

    I somehow have duplicate MS accounts for the same email address. It's causing problems, the accounts need combining or one needs closing. Also live chat won't allow me to enter my name so won't let me enter live chat

    Hello!

    Unfortunately N E Z & Nezy are both gamertags that are currently in use. The system doesn't allow duplicate names & doesn't count spaces.

    We will reach out to our win fulfillment team to see if they can take any action on a prize that has been awarded. Note that add-on packs like a leg up bundle can only be claimed once per account, which is why this was not able to be redeemed.

    Not all content can be purchased using a split payment. That may be one game that won't allow it.

    Nope. That's the only way.

    If you're not signed up already, sign up for the Rewards program or Bing rewards. You can earn currency for your account and use that to make the purchase. It won't be immediate though.
