Won Xbox UK/Foot Locker contest, would like to know whereabouts of prizes

I Won an Xbox UK/Foot Locker contest in which I would receive a pair of trainers and a custom Xbox controller. I haven't been contacted sinse I passed on my address in over a month and would just like to know the whereabouts of my prizes if anyone
can search up on it. Thanks in advance

I honestly think that the company that is fulfilling the promotion for Foot Locker will be your best resource. Did they give you a voucher or something else to redeem with Microsoft for your controller, or did they tell you how you would receive your prizes?
That information may be in the terms and conditions of the contest, too.

Is that what a Footlocker representative said? I'm having trouble finding the terms and conditions for this specific promotion.

Do you have any email confirmation of entering the contest that may have the terms and conditions?

Support sent me here because their forte is the technical stuff not promotions and contests. I shall try Foot Locker next. As I say I have given the Xbox UK man who spoke to me through FB Messenger my address and all the info. I now can't talk to that
person again, however, as it gives me an automated message to go to Xbox support. The contest itself was to design a controller in Xbox design lab as close as possible to one of Nikes new Tuned 1 range shoes, if that helps narrowing it down. Thanks for the

I don't believe it goes to the same place but the scope of support is the same for chat and phone agents. However, sales and promotions requests should still be looked into by customer support as we don't have any of the proper tools they do to look into
your account or support with something like this as much as we would like to. Apologies if they directed you here, but there is no way for us to see what the status of your contest prizes is here on the forums.

Try to contact support again and speak to an agent over the phone to see what options they give you.
