Won walking dead give away. Code won't work, message won't appear.

I won the episode 1 season 2 walking dead game. Problem is the code wouldn't work. When I tried to open the message again it wouldn't load and now it isn't on my xbox anymore. Is there anything I can do to get a working code?

You can try contacting Xbox Support, but once the message is deleted it is gone and I don't believe codes can be recovered.
